1. Booking, Refunds & Cancellations

Booking Confirmation

A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 70% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Air tickets
  • Visa processing fees
  • No-show bookings
  • Third-party reservation charges where applicable

Rescheduling Options

In selected cases, the initial deposit may be transferred toward a future booking, subject to availability and company approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method where possible.

Availability & Changes

While we strive to maintain accurate and updated travel information, hotels, transport services, flights, and activities may occasionally change due to operational or external factors beyond our control.

Guest Responsibility

All travelers are expected to:

  • Comply with hotel and transport regulations
  • Maintain respectful conduct during their journey

Voyage of Ceylon reserves the right to cancel services without refund in cases involving unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Voyage of Ceylon shall not be held responsible for:

  • Pandemics
  • Third-party service failures
  • Loss, injury, or delays outside our direct control

Any disputes should first be addressed directly with our team in good faith. Unresolved matters will be governed under the applicable laws and regulations of the operating country.
